PEOPLE ARE EQUALLY IMPORTANT IN THE MAKING OF OUR ICE CREAM AS THE INGREDIENTS ARE
It all began in 2006 as a way of utilising surplus fruit from farms in Kent. Made using traditional methods, we soon discovered that we had created something very special!
Our biggest aim was to create a wide range of flavours that would send you to heaven and back. Being addicted to our ice cream is no sin, just a pleasure, but we also want you to understand that we care about what goes into our products and more importantly, what is left out.
Foremost was our desire to keep all artificial additives, colours and stabilisers out and to also ensure that almost all of our recipes are gluten-free. We also try to source all of our ingredients as locally as possible. As we are situated in The Garden of England we have access to the finest fruit in the country right on our doorstep and are proud to support English farmers by promoting what they have to offer.
Fast forward to today and we still continue to make our ice creams and sorbets in exactly the same way and top chefs cannot get enough of them! We have now won over 20 Great Taste Awards for our flavours amongst others and are very proud of what we have achieved.
